Baked salt-crusted chicken drumsticks (my versionđŸ™‚ )

7 large chicken drumsticks, skin on
2 teaspoons garam kasar
2-3 ulas bawang putih
1/4 tsp five spice powder (rempah yg chinese selalu guna tu)
1/4 tsp serbuk paprika (klu nak pedas boleh letak serbuk chili I guess)
1 large lemon, guna kulit dia aje, finely grated
2 tbsp minyak masak (I use olive or canola oil)
2/3 cup tepung naik sendiri

Preheat oven to 220ºC. Sapu minyak a roasting pan yg boleh muat semua drumstick.
Dlm lesung batu, campurkan garam, bawang putih, five spice powder, paprika, kulit lemon dan minyak masak. Tumbuk sehingga bawang putih hancur dah bahan2 bercampur sebati.
Ramaskan campuran garam ke seluruh bahagian drumsticks sehingga well coated.
Letak tepung naik sendiri dalam plastic bag dan add drumstick 1 at a time ke dlm tepung dan goncang plastik hingga semua bahagian drumstick coated dgn tepung.
Susun drumsticks atas roasting pan dan bakar selama 40-60 min sehingga golden brown. (Terbalikkan drumsticks selepas 30 minutes)
