Dah half a month of Ramadhan gone, rasa macam kejap sangat kan. And malam ni we all ada jemputan berbuka kat rumah a friend of ours which was so nice sebab I didn’t have to cook dinner, hehehe…. And they cooked lovely food so lagi lah bestnya. We all makan macam dah seminggu tak makan especially The Other Half, siap bertambah2🙂. Miss 5 pun makan banyak, ye lah, dah puasa sehari suntuk, mestilah hungry kan, hahahaha…. Anyway, biasalah kan, I had to make something to bring along to the buka puasa, tak kan lah nak bawak tangan kosong aje…

And this are what I made.

Kalau you all tengok nama brand kuih ni kan, nak tak you all makan? hehehe….. Brand ni from Indonesia and I have no idea what the name meant in Bahasa Indonesia but I certainly know what it means in Malay, hahahaha. Masa The Other Half tengok packet ni, dia pandang I pastu dia tanya, “Doesn’t that mean something in Malay?”🙂. I said to him, “I know but it’s from Indonesia and it must have meant something completely different.” Brand ni femes kat kedai2 asian kat sini, pastu macam2 jenis kuih lah ada. Nanti lah, I’ll try buat kuih dia yang lain and see rasa dia macam mana.

But I malas buat dlm cups, I kukus aje dalam loyang so tak lah mengembang macam bunga. The taste is ok, biasa aje rasanya, macam rasa apam kukus indon. The kids like it.

And I also buat murtabak segera resipi Minami133 kat MyResipi but inti dia I tambah frozen peas. Kuah cicah dia pulak I ikut resipi Cik Mat yang femes tu🙂. Even The Other Half kata sedap betul cicah murtabak segera ni dengan kuah bawang tu, hehehe. See, I can do other Malay kuih as well, not just lopes or keria or buah melaka aje, hahahahaha…..
