Masa I kecik2 dulu, I suka main lompat getah. I ingat lagi bila musim main getah tengah naik, semua orang sakan mencari and mengumpul rubber band. My Mak kadang2 sampai mengamuk sebab habis rubber band dia kat dapur tu kena sebat dek we all, hahahaha. Pastu, kalau tak cukup rubber band, semua orang kumpul all the rubber bands and cantumkan semua tu and dapat lah 1 long rangkaian getah untuk main skipping, main lompat getah and macam2 lagi lah.

Sekarang ni, masih boleh jumpa rubber bands ni merata2 tempat but tak tau lah sama ada masih ada budak2 yang tau main dengan getah ni. I know for sure, my kids memang tak tau main getah ni, hehehehe. Sebab sekarang dah ada skipping rope. Tinggal beli aje kat kedai, tak payah susah2 nak cantum rubber band satu satu….

And I pun ada gak skipping rope ni. I beli khas untuk my exercise regime🙂. Alah, bukannya mahal pun, cuma $3 aje, hikhikhik…

(siap ada pink handles lagi tu, jangan tak caya, wehehehehehe).

But there’s 1 big problem that I’ve encountered. Masa I kecik2 dulu, I boleh main lompat getah tu satu hari suntuk without huffing and puffing…. But bila dah tua2 ni, I baru aje skipped 50 times, kaki I rasa macam dah nak tercabut. But I gagahkan jugak tadi lompat sampai 90X before my heart felt like collapsing, my knee caps felt like popping out, my calves felt like they are in dire need of oxygen and kalau you ada big boobs, sure rasa macam they are bouncing north, south, east and west, wahahahaha. Pastu terus rasa puffed! The Little Misses punyalah gelak tengok I tercungap2, hehehehe. Nasib baik lah lantai rumah ni simen, kalau lantai papan, mau bergegar satu rumah agaknya bila I skipped tadi😛. Apalah nak jadi dengan I ni kan, so very very unfit.

How many do you think you can you do without stopping?

Orang kata buat apa I nak exercise lagi sebab I dah kurus. My main reason buat exercise ni is to keep fit. Tak semestinya when you are thin, you are fit. I know quite a few people bigger than me who are way fitter than me!Ye lah kan, bila umur makin meningkat ni, kena lah jaga everything. And one of the ways is to do regular exercise. There’s so many benefits in doing regular exercise (and when you lose weight on top of that, that’s a welcomed bonus🙂). Tak semestinya kena ada exercise machine yang canggih2 ni untuk berexercise kan. Jalan laju2 masa gi window shopping tu pun dah kira 1 very good exercise, hehehehe. Ini exercise yang palingggggggg I suka😀. Hari2 buat pun takpe, muahahahaha… (tu sebab bila I pergi shopping I suka pakai mocassin-type shoes, so comfy and so senang nak jalan laju🙂).
